It’s rare for us to work with folks other than architects. If you feel we might be the right fit, please reach out and we’ll consider the engagement. Together we can determine if it makes sense to work together.
Your website doesn’t show previous projects or clients. Can you send us some samples or tell us who you’ve worked with?
Samples of work are hard to supply because of the confidential nature of business strategy, planning and implementation. Clients appreciate that we keep our working relationship confidential, as well as the work we are doing together. If you’re serious about engaging our services, let’s talk. If we both feel there’s an opportunity to work together, we’ll be happy to supply references from folks who can speak to how we’ve helped their firms grow.
How do you charge for services?
We have a fee range for services scaled to the size and geographic location of your firm. Just as you’d have a different fee range for a modest single family home in suburban Chicago versus an ocean-front mansion in Santa Monica.
We enjoy working with one- and two-person firms and offer access to small firm round tables to allow micro businesses the opportunity to gain access to our services.
We work with small, mid-sized and multi-office practices and engage in ongoing advisory roles, and in specific, individual initiatives.
In other words, we’re flexible. If you need help, we do our best to offer it.
Where do you work?
Thanks to technology, we work pretty much anywhere. Much of our business development coaching and ongoing advisory services are accomplished remotely. For process engagements, we’re a flight away.
