As we envision the year ahead, we’re reflecting on 2022 with gratitude.
2022 was a year of many firsts for Practice Clarity! My first book, Cultivate Relationships That Lead To Work: For Architects & Designers, was published in March. This essential guide for architects and designers is the essence of what I’ve learned over three decades in the architectural industry. As you might have guessed from my business’s name, I’m always practicing clarity (as well as guiding my clients to do so), and this book provides the framework I use to do just that.
From cultivating and managing relationships to jumping off the RFP hamster wheel, this book unlocks the ability to transform your business at each stage of a client’s lifecycle.
When I’m not writing business tips or editing clients’ Position Statements, I’ve recommitted to education by undertaking a Master of Science in Positive Organizational Development at Case Western Reserve University. With a deep study of Appreciative Inquiry, I’ve incorporated this strengths-based approach to planning with several architectural firms to great success.
Last but not least, I’ve adopted a new companion. Meet Leo, my adorable Corgi/Minature Pinscher Mix!
